Frequently Asked Questions
General
What kind of food do you make?
We specialize in southern-style BBQ with an Albertan twist. That means slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, and turkey — cooked low and slow over real smoke until they’re fall-apart tender.
We also do smash burgers with that signature Maillard crust, hand-cut fries cooked in beef tallow, poutine, grilled cheese, hot dogs, and breakfast items.
See our full menu for everything we’re serving.
Where are you located?
We’re a food truck based out of the Camrose area (Meeting Creek), Alberta. We don’t have a fixed location – we travel to events, ball tournaments, community gatherings, and more across central Alberta.
Follow us on social media or check our events page to find out where we’ll be next.
Can I order online?
Yes! If we are open and at a public event, you can order online here.
Be sure to verify our location so you know where to find us!
What does your name mean?
North’Eh is a play on our family name – Northey – as well as a nod to our Canadian roots (‘eh!).
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
No. Barbecue is a celebration of meat, and we are here for it!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square, as well as cash.
